Special screw anchor for quick and simple direct mounting of wall connecting strips and lightweight parts in wood fibre insulation panels without pre-drilling. For use with self-tapping and chipboard screws.

Field of Application:


For fastening wall connection profiles, sheets, plinth protective strips, moulding covers, lighting, letterboxes, signs etc.
in wood fibre insulation panels, perimeter insulation etc.

Advantages:


Tapered drill tip - pre-drilling in plaster is no longer required
Very pronounced threads - good holding values in ETICS
Perfectly matched internal geometry - makes screwing in self-tapping screws with sealing washers and chipboard screws easy
For insulation thicknesses from ≥ 60 mm

Advice:


Pre-positioned installation possible with roofing screws or chipboard screws
The IPSD H can be screwed in using a TX 25 bit.
Recommended self-tapping screw with sealing washer: Diameter 4.5, screw length 20-25 mm + fixture thickness
Recommended chipboard screws diameter 4.0-4.5 mm, screw length 15-20 mm + fixture thickness

For very hard plaster layers, pre-drill/punch a 5 mm hole
Screws not included in the scope of delivery
