Fire protection sleeve consisting of a sheet steel housing and an insulating layer of halogen-free phenoplast which acts as a fire protection insert.
Application area:
System component for the 170 fire protection block, fire protection panel or 2C fire-protection foam combi protection systems for partitioning flammable pipes.
S90/S120 cable partitioning for solid walls and light partition walls and S90 for solid ceilings. Fire partition for electrical installation pipes (EIR) up to dia. 50 mm and Speedpipes up to dia. 80 mm.
R90/R120 pipe partition for plastic pipes with external diameter up to max. 160 mm in solid walls, light partition walls and solid ceilings
Advantages:
- Sleeve cross-section in cable bulkhead can be fully covered
- Electrical installation pipes (EIP) in cable bulkhead can also be uncovered/empty
- Electrical installation pipes can be installed as single pipes or bundles
- Due to the slim design, the sleeves can be arranged with no gaps between adjacent pipes or in corners
Instructions:
The fire-protection sleeve can be mortared into the solid component or secured directly in front of the solid component with support brackets. When installed on light partition walls or the approved combination partitions, they are fixed by means of support brackets, which are connected to each other with M6 threaded rods. The bracket sets, threaded rod sets and screw sets are available as accessories.
