EasyFoam cable boxes are fire-resistant S90 cable partitions in accordance with DIN 4102-9. They are ready for immediate use and can be installed faster than conventional cable boxes by installing them using EasyFoam B1 assembly foam.
Application area:
The round versions of EasyFoam cable boxes can be used for core drill holes up to 270 mm in diameter. The cable boxes can be installed in non-load bearing partitions, drywalls and solid walls from 100 mm in thickness and ceilings from 150 mm in thickness.
Field of Application:
The following media may be passed through:
- All sheathed cables up to 80 mm in diameter
- Cable bundles up to 100 mm in diameter
- Conduits up to 63 mm in diameter in accordance with DIN EN 61386
- Waveguides up to 68 mm x 41 mm
- Coaxial waveguides up to 60 mm in diameter
- Bundle pipe systems up to 50 mm in diameter
- Wire conductors up to 24 mm in diameter
- Conduit bundles are also permitted
- Deviations and special solutions on request

Advice:
The gap must not exceed 20 mm at any point. Structural tolerances must be taken into account during planning.
The external dimension measured at the front is 4 mm larger in the middle of the cable box around the graphite strips.
