Premium-class diamond core drill!

Diamond core drill with high diamond concentration for machining more difficult surfaces. Fast advance of drilling, comfortable handling and a long service life! The socket cutters with side slots are used WITHOUT the need for dust extraction; however, dust extraction IS used if a pipe is connected.

Field of Application:

Concrete, hard or abrasive sand-lime brick and all types of masonry - all surfaces which must be drilled during electrical installation!

Advantages:

• Special diamond geometry: The diagonal diamonds drill into the material exactly adjacent to where the preceding diamond made its cut, resulting in the highest level of efficiency and maximum cutting performance
• High-grade cobalt bond for long service life
• Comfortable handling due to the bell-shaped tube body: Just 4 mm behind the segments, the diameter of the tube sleeve tapers to 1 mm. This reduces the friction at the drill hole wall and generates significantly less heat (heat generation can cause damage to diamond tools). In addition, it significantly reduces the tendency of the tool to jam or tilt.

Advice:

Unrivalled and exceptional drilling properties in concrete, extremely hard sand-lime brick and other materials frequently encountered in electrical installation.
Recommended for use with fast-running tools, i.e. high-speed drills with a minimum speed of 2000 rpm that can be used with the soft hammer function, e.g. BOSCH GSB 162-2E or MILWAUKEE DD 2-160 XE. Drilling at maximum speed produces the best results.
