arecal Galva Zinc Basic is a zinc/aluminium combination spray with excellent suitability for touching up hot-dip galvanised components on construction sites or in workshops.
Field of Application:
The binder, in combination with the metallic zinc and aluminium pigment, guarantees good corrosion protection.
Good adhesion to iron and zinc substrates.
Advice:
The corrosion protection achievable is greatly dependent on good pretreatment of the substrate. The substrate should be as metallically pure as possible, according to EN ISO 8501. Any substances that could impair the adhesion to the substrate should be removed. The substrate must be dry and free from dust or grease.
