VMZ-A dynamic anchor rods for in-place installation

For use in dry indoor areas

The VMZ dynamic injection system is a bonded expansion anchor for dynamic loads, consisting of a VMZ composite mortar and a special anchor rod with nut and washer. Using an application gun, both components of the VMZ composite mortar are injected into the drill hole via a mixer nozzle and the anchor rods are inserted manually. The load is transferred via the mechanical interlocking of individual anchor rod cones in the mortar and also via a combination of retention and frictional forces in the concrete.

Field of Application:

Advantages:

• Approved for general construction for static, predominantly static and dynamic loads in cracked and uncracked normal weight concrete with strength classes C20/25 and C50/60

• Usual processing with conventional VMZ chemical injection mortar (may only be processed with this system in accordance with the approval) and quick setting thanks to through-setting installation
