System profiles

The system profiles, made of flame-retardant and EPS plastic with a very high material density, are ideally suited for pre-wall mounting of window systems in detached and multiple-occupancy houses. Available in eight different dimensions.

Application area:

The system profiles are mounted in front of the load-bearing wall shell, and the window systems are installed and sealed within. The system profiles ensure the quick and exact installation of the thermal insulation composite system and are ideally suited for 2-shell construction.
Due to the different dimensions, all construction applications can be carried out. The system profiles provide an optimal basis for a GEG (Building Energy Act) and RAL sealing of the surrounding window connection joint, whether with multi-functional tapes or with other sealing products.

Advice:

Pre-wall mounting systems are currently not subject to any regulation by the DIBt. Approvals such as aBG and DIBt National technical approval must therefore be replaced by individual tests. Details of the approval as a pre-wall mounting system for construction projects must be obtained individually from the body responsible for planning.
