Maximum Speed, Maximum Comfort, Maximum Tool Life

With the RECAMIC cutting blade, a faster and more comfortable cutting is possible than ever before. Thanks to the optimized design, the cutting blade always cuts cool and stays sharp. The soft and low-vibration cut sets new standards.

Application area:

Iron-, chlorine- and sulphur-free (≤ 0.1%) cutting disc (no surface rust) delivers a clean, soft cut. Excellent cutting performance in stainless steel, steel, aluminium and other non-ferrous metals. Thanks to the unique binding system, it is particularly laterally stable.

Advantages:

Speed

  • RECAMIC abrasive grain — ceramic abrasive grain for ultra-fast cutting

  • Aggressiveness of the disc — penetrates the material immediately, no drifting

Safety

  • Extremely resilient — oSa safety directives

  • Disc does not stick in strong materials

  • Target break point — work injury-free

  • Fibreglass reinforcement — extremely durable

Comfort

  • RECAMIC abrasive grain breaks more frequently — low dust load

  • Lower contact pressure required to cut through the material — less vibration and noise

  • Precise, chatter- and burr-free cuts at any time — less rework

Service life

  • Due to the micro-breaks in the ceramic grain, the abrasive grain is optimally consumed

  • Special binding agent — prevents premature failure of the abrasive grains

  • Even distribution of abrasive grains through a circular interspersal process — long-lasting, maximum performance in each phase
