Countersinking reimagined. The unequal pitch of the Quattro countersink elevates universal, precise and fast countersinking to a new level. Whether using a cordless driver, box column drill or machining centre, the extremely smooth running and perfect countersinking pattern are impressive across the board. The Quattro countersink geometry, proven HSSX base material and oxide surface treatment make this tool unique.

Field of Application:


Universal use in steel (up to 1,100 N/mm²), stainless steel, up to Hardox 450, cast materials, plastics, non-ferrous base metals and light metals.

- The multifunctional steam oxide (Fe2 O4) surface is an adhesive oxide coating with a thickness of 0.010 mm and offers the following advantages:
- Improved adhesion of cooling lubricant on the tool surface prevents built-up edges and cold welds.
- Improves chip removal from the cutting edge - reduces heat development in the critical zone.
- Increased surface hardness - therefore improved wear resistance.

- Prevents spinning in the drill chuck - therefore no damage to the countersink
