KR angular connectors enable optimal connections between wood and other materials, such as concrete, steel, masonry etc. They are extremely stable due to the curved edge. They are also suitable for the use of post connections.
Advice:
KR angle connectors have nail holes with a diameter of 5 mm on the long side for mounting purposes. The “135” and “285” variants also have anchor holes with a diameter of 13.5 mm. In the case of tensile loading, the hole positioned closest to the deflection curve is fitted with stud anchors to connect the bracket. The fasteners used for the KR angle connectors must comply with EN 14592.
Suitable fasteners are
in wood:
• Anchor nails to EN 14592 (article no. 0681 040 ...)
in concrete:
• Stud anchors BZ Plus (article no. 0910 2.. ...) in conjunction with washer
DIN 440 (ISO 7094) (article no. 0459 ...)
