The RECA fire protection plug is a polyurethane-based, plug-shaped elastic moulded part with halogen-free fire protection additives, which is intumescent in the event of fire.
Application area:
For use as a main component in the fire protection plug system for the creation of S30/S60/S90 cable, pipe or combi partitions for solid walls, solid ceilings and light partitions and PRIOWALL walls.
Temporary or permanent fire partitioning of electrical cables and lines of all types, such as electrical cables, telecommunication cables, fibre-optic cables, electrical installation pipes and non-flammable pipes in core holes of 55 to 240 mm diameter.

Instructions:
Fire protection plugs are selected according to the core hole diameter and inserted into the desired opening on both sides of the wall or ceiling. Small gaps and residual openings can be filled quickly and easily with the RECA fire-rated filler (0839 799 310). The specifications in the proof of usage must be observed.
