Double rails are connected back-to-back, are non-perforated, and feature flanks curved inwards with characteristic ZS toothing

Application area:

The toothed mounting rail system is the best and most secure installation method for the medium and higher load ranges. Ideal for pipe installation, as a load bearing structure for ventilation ducts or as a support for wiring in electrical installation. Rails and brackets feature characteristic teeth inside the flanged section for secure attachment with lateral and vertical adjustment and positive-fit connection of all attached and suspended parts. A fire test report can also be presented for the 41x41x2.5 rails, including the accessories, and for all double rails.

Field of Application:

Attachment to ceiling and wall:
The toothed mounting rail anchoring was not factored into the calculation of the loads. The required screws and/or anchors must be suitable for the maximum permissible rail load.
Load:
If channel nuts are used to mount the rails (in suspension), the load must not exceed the maximum permissible load for the channel nuts! The through-hole method should therefore be used to mount the rails for high loads.
The use of securing clips (M10 0858 641 011, M12 0858 641 012) is recommended for increased safety.
